 I am so excited about a new video project I started working on with Minneapolis artist Anita White. Together we are creating a poetic music video that explores her documentary drawing practice. More details to follow!

Come visit with me during the ComoFest Art Fair on Saturday, July 15th. I will be set up selling my watercolor paintings in the Lakeside Pavilion, which is attached to Como Dockside! If you have never seen my work before in person, I would love to show you! I will have my most recent sketch book out to view too. I have been obsessed with painting rock forms lately! Other work will be available for sale as well, including a few larger scale pieces that you can buy unframed at $150 or $200 framed*. I will be offering a special on a selected number of my "small art" watercolors. For my 3x5's: $25 you will get a framed piece of work (ready to hang) and a bookmark handmade by me! For my 5x7's: You can take those home framed with a bookmark for $35. You will also have the opportunity to check out artwork from my artist friend, Paige Tighe. I am helping her raise money for her upcoming trip to Japan! So take a walk around the lake, grab some food, and look at art...and buy it too! Saturday July 15: ComoFest Art Fair Arts and crafts for sale, plus live music. On the Promenade of the Como Lakeside Pavilion.
Free yoga class, courtesy of Studio M Fitness, outside at the Pavilion at noon. Bring your own mat if you have one. Registration requested, but walk-ins are welcome. *I will not have larger scale ready to go home framed at the event. Art can be pre-bought. I will then work with you on selecting a pick up time after the work is framed, which is generally within 7 days of the event.  |
