Hand Woven Textiles

Weaving has become the center of my artistic practice and a way of paying attention to the world around me. Through color, texture, repetition, and structure, I create textile works that explore memory, transformation, and connection.

My woven pieces are built slowly through intuitive decision-making and an ongoing conversation with materials. I am interested in how individual strands, fragments, and gestures accumulate into forms that feel both familiar and unexpected. Many of my works blur the boundaries between landscape, vessel, object, and imagined presence, drawing inspiration from the natural world and the emotional terrain of lived experience.

I approach weaving as both a process and a record of time. Visible joins, shifting textures, loose threads, and layered surfaces reveal the work's construction and invite viewers to consider the beauty found in change, imperfection, and persistence.
